Robert W. Bornhoft has been in the practice of law for thirty-four years. Throughout these years he has successfully represented individuals, partnerships, joint ventures, corporations, non-profit organizations, professionals, limited liability companies, businesses, homeowner associations, and companies in the resolution of conflicts, both through alternative dispute processes as well as in litigation. Mr. Bornhoft’s areas of legal concentration include real estate and real property matters, trust disputes, business contracts and agreements, employment issues, and personal injury matters. Mr. Bornhoft has extensive experience in mediation, arbitrations, and trials and has settled cases in the seven-figure amount.

Additionally, Mr. Bornhoft has served over twenty-five years as a Judge Pro Tem in the San Diego courts for small claims, traffic, and settlement hearings.
